avoid at all costs if you want a good holiday,only reason im giving 2 stars is the staff were good and majority of the hotel is fine there was also entertaiment every day but thats where the good things end the food is terrible luke warm boiled veg,dried oranges undercooked fish,stale rock hard pastries we witnessed them putting hot food out for meal times 2 hours before it was due to be served and when one of the hotels own staff says "THE FOOD IS S**T" their actual words not mine then you know its bad alot of Russian guests who were rude and ignorant and would push through doorways if you were the like you are supposed to give ay to them on 4 seperate occasions we also witnessed them fighting not with people from other countries but with other Russians the pools look nice but are missing steps on the bottoms of the ladders so is your even have the slightest mobility problems you may struggle getting out of the pool

Very in happy with the resort sharm is beautiful and will come back but not to this resort unless thy change

English are not catered for at all the Russians stand up and chant while you having. Dinner the staff get involved with that too, there was no entertainment, the pools were freezing cold the food was disgusting will not be back

Well let's just make this review short and sweet ........I was there for 5 days .....I'm going back in may for a week and end of November for a week ........hope that helps

if you are Russian, then its okay if english big problem, as its not all-inclusive, you have a english menu that you pay for, the food is for a eastern europe diet so if black ,pink striped ,orange, yellow Bread is your fav great , breakfast is omelette end off . i had to go to local shop to buy Tonic Water for a gin .also bitter lemon . take a glass with you as most drinks serve in paper and plastic cups .its a shame really as pool area fine rooms fine staff great ,,,,,info from front of house very good .its a clean hotel .PS no idea what the soup was ???
