9.0We had a really great stay in Yountville. The rooms were big and very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the garden and pool area were absolutely amazing. A beautiful place to relax, and we enjoyed it very much
Hotel Yountville Girls’ Weekend!
10.0We had the best overnight girls’ trip at Hotel Yountville! The room was lovely. The spa services were amazing! The staff was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend!
Inflexible management
2.0Due to family emergencies and work challenges, we were forced to reschedule our visit twice. When a third obstacle arose, the reservation manager reused to let us move it once more, forcing us to forfeit a $2600 deposit because they wouldn’t let us reschedule it to next year despite our commitment to stay at the Estate. Beware prior to booking your trip that the Estate is relatively rigid in their policies and will only accommodate your requests so far. At the end of the day, they got $2600 from us and we never even stayed there! Definitely not going now.
