Minha estadia a trabalho no NH Bogotá Pavillon Royal foi excelente. O hotel oferece acomodações confortáveis, equipe extremamente atenciosa e acolhedora, café da manhã variado e de ótima qualidade. A localização também é um grande diferencial, em uma região segura e com fácil acesso, tornando a experiência prática e muito agradável.

− Um ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a qualidade da internet. Embora o hotel disponibilize Wi-Fi, o sinal não funcionava no meu quarto. Como precisei trabalhar todas as noites durante a estadia, tive que utilizar a internet do meu celular para conseguir cumprir minhas atividades.

Para empezar, la ubicación es en una zona perfecta, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, y el parque. El hotel es nítido, la habitación muy cómoda y el servicio y atención del equipo fue excepcional, especialmente en el buffet de desayuno.

My experience with NH Pavillon Royal Hotel was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, they came very close to ruining one of the most important days of our lives—our wedding. A month and a half before the event, I authorized and confirmed the reservation of a shuttle bus with Paula Andrea Alonso Calderón. The bus was supposed to transport all of our guests staying at the hotel under our wedding room block. However, on the day of our wedding, we discovered that the hotel had never made the reservation. As a result, all of our guests had to arrange their own transportation out of the city, causing significant delays that pushed back the start of our wedding. On top of that, our guests were forced to spend more than COP 300,000 out of their own pockets just to get to the venue. To make matters worse, in order to ensure our guests had transportation back to the hotel after the wedding, we had no choice but to pay for a replacement shuttle at the last minute, which ended up costing significantly more than the original round-trip quote. After returning from our honeymoon, we went back to Bogotá to request reimbursement for the additional amount we had to pay due to Paula Andrea Alonso Calderón’s mistake. That same day, Andrés Fernández assured us that the refund would be processed the following day after we agreed to pay for four additional nights at the hotel. During those four days, however, our calls and messages went unanswered. It wasn’t until the very last day that he finally informed us there was “nothing they could do” about a mistake that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility. What is even more disappointing is that no one from the hotel has reached out to us to process the reimbursement, provide an explanation, or simply apologize for such a serious error. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and customer service has been incredibly disrespectful. We expected a level of service that matched the hotel’s reputation, especially for such an important life event. Instead, we experienced poor organization, broken promises, and a complete failure to take responsibility for a mistake that caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and disrupted our wedding day. I cannot recommend NH Pavillon Royal Hotel for weddings or any event where logistics, communication, and reliability are essential.
