10.0Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable au Selectum Mangrove Resort et honnêtement, c’était un 10/10 du début à la fin. L’hôtel est impeccable, tout est toujours hyper propre et entretenu. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel et les propriétaires : nous n’avons jamais vu des gens aussi serviables, gentils et attentionnés. On se sent vraiment choyés pendant tout le séjour. Les chambres sont grandes, très propres et super confortables. Il y a la climatisation, de l’eau chaude dans la douche, et le ménage peut être fait quand on le souhaite, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente bien pendant le séjour. Le service est exceptionnel. Ils sont à l’écoute de tout, toujours avec le sourire, et font vraiment en sorte que tout soit parfait. La cuisine est aussi un énorme point fort : il y a une carte avec du choix tout au long de la journée, et tout est préparé minute avec de très bons produits frais. C’était super agréable de pouvoir prendre un bol de fruits pour le goûter ou manger quand on le souhaitait le matin. On sent qu’ils font très attention à la qualité de ce qu’ils servent et à l’expérience des clients. La piscine est géniale, la salle de sport est très bien aussi, et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité d’Alona Beach. Ils peuvent même organiser des massages directement sur place. Franchement, on pouvait tout leur demander, ils trouvaient toujours une solution avec énormément de gentillesse. On recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et on reviendra avec grand plaisir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour cette semaine parfaite 🤍

A wonderful stay, great location, and friendly staff.
10.0The rooms were clean, spacious, and located by a beautiful, pleasant swimming pool. There was also an outdoor gym, which was well maintained and kept clean. Another great advantage was the on-site restaurant, where you could enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel truly welcome. I also celebrated my birthday at the resort, and in collaboration with my family back home, they surprised me by decorating the entire room and arranging a cake, very lovely! Additionally, the location was perfect: just a few minutes by scooter from the busy beachfront shopping street, while still offering a მშვიდ and relaxing atmosphere.
