8.0Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was small but very cosy. There was a small heater in the room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. A key was given to access the property after 10pm. Soap / shampoo smell very good. It was quiet as well.
− I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early excursion - not the hotel's fault.

9.0Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Elevator for heavy luggage was a plus. Very comfy beds. They had lots of amenities (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, tea coffe, TV). Good breakfast. Very clear information before arrival.
− Staff at desk didn't communicate well between each other which made communication with us difficult at arrival, given our unforseen circumstances However, they were kind enough to listen and try to solve issues in our favour.
