Pacific Harbour has limited facilities outside the resort and is a little isolated .
5.0Fijian staff are always friendly and accommodating. Room was modern and clean . Food was god standard .

8.0The staff were very friendly, specifically the ones working at the front desk and in the Deli restaurant.
− As someone with coeliac disease, we couldn't find any menus that catered for gluten intolerant people. With nothing GF marked on the menu, we talked to staff which were mostly helpful but some did not understand. Especially with the buffet breakfast, everything being contaminated and half frozen GF bread being brought out. We also tried to go to the cocktail-making activity advertised for 4pm, when we arrived at 4:10 and were told it was already over which was a little disappointing.

8.0great breakfast, very friendly staff and a lovely spot to stay with great swimming and very relaxing atmosphere. facility's were really nice as to find stuff. loved the live singing a t breakfast and other times, very relaxed place to go.
− some of the organising when we booked trips seemed a bit unorganised, we would book then the next morning often no record of the trip and cost seemed to have gone up when we did get someone to take us somewhere, however never stopped us doing anything and everyone was very pleasant where ever we went.
The facility was not good for the price paid.
3.0Breakfast and location were good.
− The room had bed bugs and the TV was not working. We had to call reception several times to get the TV to work. The weather was windy and rainy so it was exceptional that we would be in the room. We ordered a cocktail but received a mocktail delivered to the room. Upon calling reception regarding the order, we never got a feedback.
Exceptional, Friendly and accommodating.
10.0My greatest appreciation was for the staff, they were accommodating and everyone you came across wore a friendly smile and greeted you along the way, even if they were off duty. It was so easy to communicate my preferences to the staff, all we had to do was mention it, and it was catered to.
