We loved our stay here. The hotel and villas were authentic. Food was great. Staff were so lovely. Very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Photos do not do the accommodation justice!

Jujur, mungkin tidak banyak wisatawan lokal yang memilih menginap atau makan di Hotel Tugu Bali. Awalnya saya juga penasaran, tapi setelah datang saya benar-benar mengerti kenapa tempat ini begitu spesial. Saya memang suka sejarah dan seni, dan Hotel Tugu seperti membawa kita kembali ke Indonesia tempo dulu. Setiap sudut dipenuhi koleksi antik yang indah, rasanya seperti berjalan di dalam museum yang masih hidup. Yang paling berkesan buat saya justru makanannya. Cita rasanya mengingatkan pada masakan khas Nusantara zaman dahulu, kaya rempah, autentik, dan sangat lezat. Jarang menemukan pengalaman kuliner seperti ini sekarang. Pelayanannya juga ramah dan hangat tanpa berlebihan, membuat kami betah berlama-lama menikmati suasana. Kalau kamu pencinta seni, sejarah, budaya, atau sekadar ingin merasakan Bali dengan nuansa yang berbeda, menurut saya Hotel Tugu Bali adalah salah satu tempat yang wajib dikunjungi. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi.

A short stay, but the design and attention to detail made it memorable.

The property really stands out for its design, antique furniture, wood carvings, and the whole heritage concept makes it feel different from a typical Bali hotel. Walking across the bridge over the lotus pond to get to the room was a nice touch. Sri, one of the staff, was amazing, attentive, warm, very helpful, and made the stay feel really personal. Breakfast was solid too, and it’s a good base for exploring Canggu.

The property itself is absolutely stunning and full of character, with beautiful traditional architecture, unique decor and a very atmospheric setting. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, and the breakfast experience was excellent. The location in Canggu was also very convenient while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside.

− Not much, a gym or fitness centre could have enhanced the stay but there were options outside if I really wanted to work out.

− En lille detalje, som dog ikke ændrer vores gode og dejlige ophold på hotellet: På et 5-stjernet luksushotel er det lidt mærkeligt at blive modtaget med en anmodning om at betale et større depositum - måske for at være sikre at gæster ikke løber fra betaling af regning, minibar el andet. Det har vi aldrig prøvet før - og det føles lidt som en mistænkeliggørelse, hvilket ikke er klædeligt for et hotel af så høj standard, som netop gør en dyd ud af, at gæster skal føle sig som hjemme fra start
