− ⚠️ WARNING – Very Disappointing Experience. I Would Not Recommend This Hotel. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience during my stay. First of all, the self-check-in system does not work properly. You receive a digital room key on your phone, but it simply doesn’t work. Every single time you want to enter your room, you have to contact reception via WhatsApp and ask them to remotely open the door. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. However, the worst part of my stay was the BEDBUGS. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. During the night, I actually had to be moved to another room because of the bedbug problem. Once you discover bedbugs in your hotel room, you obviously don’t feel comfortable sleeping anymore. Even after being moved, I couldn’t relax or enjoy the rest of my night. On top of that, there was a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway, making it even harder to get any sleep. And as if all of this wasn’t enough, check-out time was 11:00 AM, but at 9:30 AM, a cleaner was already knocking on my door. This is completely unacceptable. Guests should be allowed to enjoy their remaining time and privacy until the official check-out time. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. Broken digital room keys, bedbugs, having to change rooms in the middle of the night, constant noise, and staff disturbing guests before check-out time. My advice to future guests: Be aware of these issues before booking. I certainly would not stay here again.
