9.0Good location. Beautiful lobby. Quiet. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bedding was clean. Generous about of towels. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay.
− Headboard had a smear of something thick and clear on it and I didn’t see it until we were cleaning up to check out. Our TV didn’t work and the lady (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to fix it until the following day. Not a big deal because we were with family most of the time, however we did miss our Spurs in the playoffs. 🥺

I will never use there towel for a spill

− If anyone stay at this hotel and waste a drink please don't use there towel to wipe it up they charged me $21.20 for a small towel they say I damaged so whatever you do just don't use there towel to wipe up nothing just leave it there and let them clean it up and when I spoke to the lady she told me the drink couldn't come out the towel
