Wonderful stay, would definitely stay there again.
10.0Amazing views, clean, spacious, had everything we needed and the staff were excellent.
− It was a bit of a maze to get to the room, not sure if this will change once construction is finished.
Enjoyed our stay with all our family, facilities were nice and clean and Staff were always so accomodating and polite.
10.0Loved the rooms, staff were amazing, the views were beautiful, heated flooring in the bathrooms were so good. Would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Queenstown.
It was over priced for what we had as a hotel room. Was a maze just to locate your room.
5.0The room was nice and comfortable nice view. Quite
− It was very confusing trying to get to your floor. Parking was ridiculous and expensive for what you get. Breakfast was so over priced for what you have on offer.
Everything you would want for a winter escape, enjoying an inspiring lakeside views
9.0We had a lakeside view which was well worth the money. From the moment we walked in, it was truly beautiful to see the spacious and comfortable furnishings coupled with the sparkling lake view and snow capped mountains.
− It would have been great to have some milk supplied to go along with the coffee machine but it's hard to fault anything else.
Our room was gorgeous and the fireplace was magic. WE would stay here again.
8.0The view was exceptional and the fireplace was the best thing alongside the view. Beds are super comfy and the room is very spacious.
− There was a door to the undergrounds parking underneath our room and it closed very loudly whenever it was used (a lot). It kept us awake for hours on the first night. The next day we worked out which door it was and we pegged it open each night. There are a lot of renovations going on so sleeping in is not an option. That was okay for us but may not be for some. Also, the gym wasn't open due to the construction. Heated towel rails would have been great, especially for the price we pay.
Nice enough, minus the issues.
4.0Room was tidy. Staff were nice.
− Tv system didn't work. Got staff in room swapping different Chromecasts units to try get it working. Took 4 different units, then volume very low and kept lagging for anything streaming. Phone wasnt working and had to get fixed. Carpark situation was bad. Paid for car park separately then one of the nights there was no parks available in carparking building.
