1.0Buenos días! Llegamos jueves y salimos viernes. No me gustó el lugar, no tengo nada contra los animales, porque los amamos, pero lo primero que vimos fue como siete perros 🐕, los pobres desnutridos y con sarna. Al entrar después del checking mal olor 😷. El cuarto no tenía nevera para así poner agua, jugos. Una de las piscinas, con hojas 🍃 de árbol 🌴. Definitivamente, perdí mi dinero 💴. Este es lamentable mi comentario.

Shouldnt be operating without better service and cleaning and needs urgently an exterminator.
1.0− Cleanless terrible, roaches. Pool dirty and pool areas dirty. Too much abandoned dogs in the area, too much flies. Very Bad never again.

− Para comenzar pedi un crédito pq no era confiable pasar la noche en ese lugar. Primero en el frondesk el empleado hablándome mal de otro huésped, hablando despectivamente de las facilidades y no fue nada discreto al déjame saber cual era mi habitación ( hasta le dijo a otro compañero) Luego llego a la habitación y un sapito se metió por debajo de la puerta y cuando entramos a la habitacion encontramos muchas moscas encima de la cama. Cuando veo eso determinamos como familia no ser un lugar habitable para 2 adultos un niño y una mascota. Proceso a notificar y lo tomo a broma el empleado del frontdesk Almenos me ayudo a gestionar un traslado a otra de las facilidades pero mi esposo tomó la decisión a de regresar a nuestra casa. Por tal razón no puedo hablar bien del lugar Y muy triste porque llevo muchos años utilizando la plataforma y nunca habia pasado por tal experiencia tan desagradable.
