6.0Beautiful place to stay at. Very comfortable bed and room. We were in RakiRaki for a few days to dive in VoliVoli. The breakfast is supposed to start at 630 and for both the mornings we were there it was considerably late. Otherwise a nice place.

10.0Excellent service and exceptional customer service by staff! We went to celebrate my mums birthday and staff decorated the room, mum was surprised and very happy! We requested to have dinner for mums birthday and the staff decorated the dinning area for birthday celebrations! They truly went above and beyond to celebrate my mums birthday and also sang with us! We definitely recommend to everyone to go and enjoy the warm hospitality and amazing service of Tanoa rakiraki team has to offer. We are very grateful and definitely going back for a longer stay. 10 on 10 for everything!
