Hidden Gem!
7.0This little spot is ideal for a sweet escape. If you like character submerging yoirself within the quiet pace of life and being present this is a good place. The staff were lovely, helpful and polite The room was clean and had all that was required The spa facilites were what was needed from a spa, yes not a new state of the art but thats what gives it its charm and ambience. The breakfast was the only food we had as we took oirselves off on the grounds for evenign picnic and sunset but it was a continental brealfast with tradional cooked breakfast available too alongside. Plan to come again.
− The only thing is in the evenings the lighting outside around property going out to the car etc.. but not a big issue used phone light!.

8.0The assistant manager was really welcoming, our room was an upgrade which was really a pleasant surprise. The spa was brilliant and the grounds helped me unwind which is what I wanted. The location is a hidden gem.beautiful place to go for a rest or retreat.
− Perhaps it was dues to staff shortage, the food was not so good. We tried to dine at the restaurant but was told that there was only bar food. Accordingly we had to drive miles away to get a decent dinner

− Lack of staff, food brought out too soon as was still eating my starter. I bought this as a gift for my parents and it wasn't the best.
