8.0Proximity to the airport and mall. I also like tye unreserved free shuttle service to and from hotel/airport.
− Needs updated air conditioning system, room temperature is probably better during winter but not during summer. Unable to make the room cool enough for more comfort when the weather is too hot. Ended up receiving an electric fan which I am still thankful but should not be address this way. My biggest concern is the family mart staff working inside the hotel. I informed the front desk staff during our check out that the attitude of the family mart staff particularly on the night of 7/20/26 between 7pm-8pm, is unacceptable - not friendly, not accommodating and obviously have no patience to foreigners (I will not elaborate further but the manager is more than welcome to send an email as needed).
