6.0Es un hotel en mi opinión solo para dormir. Hacer turismo y tener donde descansar
− La comida , simple , insípida y muy poca variedad. Las noches con vecinos muy ruidosos
Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, mais un accueil en restauration à améliorer.
8.0La chambre était propre et confortable. J’ai également apprécié la piscine ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Puerto de la Cruz. Le petit-déjeuner était varié. Je tiens aussi à remercier un jeune serveur du restaurant, très poli, souriant et attentif aux clients.
− Le principal point négatif concerne une partie du personnel de restauration, que j’ai trouvé peu accueillant et parfois désagréable. En dehors du jeune serveur mentionné précédemment, le service manquait de chaleur et d’attention envers les clients. Une meilleure attitude du personnel améliorerait considérablement l’expérience des voyageurs.
