− Only thing was that when we arrived we were not able to find a car park space as was full up and didn’t know about the gravel one further down the hill or the underneath parking. Maybe clearer instructions about parking further down before arrival maybe helpful

10.0Fantastic hotel and spotless and I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness! Rented a Studio / One bedroom and it was perfect. Well laid out, heated floor and rail in the bathroom and extremely comfortable. The staff were great and we would stay again if we had the chance. Very high standard of hotel.
Very average charging for water which I’ve never seen anywhere else in my travels
5.0− The meals(breakfast) were below average. The name Hilton suggest quality just wasn’t here at Taupo.
