− la habitación vieja, lo mismo que el mobiliario. el tv viejo y chico, las luces poco practicas y viejas. los pasillos lúgubres los ascensores viejos y desactualizados . no daba una buena imagen por el precio que cobran

7.0Excellent location, within walking distance of the historic centre. The hotel is set in a beautiful old manor building with a lovely garden, which gives it a special atmosphere. The interior design and decor are interesting and elegant, and the property itself has a lot of character.
− Unfortunately, the service does not correspond to a five-star hotel. On arrival, no one offered to help with the luggage. At reception, there was only one staff member, and there was almost no communication about the hotel facilities, breakfast, restaurant, or any spa or wellness services. They simply took our passports, gave us the keys, and that was all. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was limited, and all the hot food, including eggs and sausages, was already cold. Guests had to serve themselves, including pouring their own coffee. Overall, the level of service and breakfast quality was far below what we would expect from a five-star property

− More sun Lou gets outside would be nice, only 4 and 1 was broken. A kettle in bedrooms would be nice to make tea and coffee
