Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back.
10.0We absolutely loved our stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were soft, and we all slept great. Our rooms were spacious, and having connecting rooms for our family with our two teenagers made the stay even more convenient. After staying in a few hotels with rooms that were uncomfortably warm, we especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning. It kept the room cool and made a huge difference in the quality of our sleep

8.0I like location, customer service from staff specifically Ebrahim receptionist, room size is good enough and the parking garage under the building.
− I dislike the house keeping not cleaning the room properly specifically the bathroom. The breakfast buffet also needs improvement and could offer a better variety of option.
