Not a Hilton - and in transition
4.0Disappointing. We stayed for 4 nights (2 rooms) this July. It’s ok, but we had high hopes that weren’t met. Good location and great views of the lake. A room without a view (of the service road) would be miserable. The rooms are tired. Really need freshening up. Stained sheets, carpets with bleach spills, shower doors that don’t seal etc. Evening meal was disappointing (very limited veg options). Breakfast was good (mainly) but hopelessly understaffed - waiting several times for plates and bowls. Fruit salad was past its best. Pool was warm and lovely. The spotlight hanging out of its housing was fixed overnight but felt unsafe. The Hilton signs were taken down which was weird. But one day signs were put up announcing the change to a Leonardo hotel. Carpark plenty of spaces - and EV chargers if you can work them out. The hotel has potential to be great - and the staff were very pleasant - but the Owner needs to spend considerable money and time to meet guest expectations. It felt like a hotel in transition- maintenance long since cut to a minimum and food being used up.

7.0L’emplacement et le fait que l’ascenseur arrive directement du parking dans l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa ainsi que la piscine. À la taille de la chambre, Belle, salle de bain
− Le grillage qu’il y a autour des balcons, ça gâche la vue et c’est pas beau du tout. Un peu plus d’explications. Concernant les serviettes qu’il y a au bord de la piscine par exemple, car nous on avait emmené celle de la salle de bain. Je suis haut de la douche qui fuyait ça prouve que la chambre n’a pas été vérifié correctement. Le manque de gobelets pour brossage des dents dans la chambre.

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.
Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.
