− Looks nice but a bit dated inside the room. AC didn’t work in first room.

3.0It's convenient.
− The electric kettle is not working well. Bedsheets are stained with patches of blood. White night curtains with holes. Towels are old like floor rags. No small short towels provided. No wall shelf attachment to place toiletries. No hand soap. Extremely inconvenient. Dusts are noticeable everywhere in the toilet and room. Having said all the above, we were upgraded to the Business Room. It was good and liveable. We noticed the towels were white and clean and the kettle too. This is the big difference between Deluxe and Business Room. However, the dirt and stains were unremovable in toilet tiles and walls as well as in the room. Therefore, the boutique hotel should revamp, refurbish overhaul.
