4.0The hotel staff was good. The people are pleasant. The room was less comfortable. The mattress was terrible and was not comfortable at all. I left the hotel with back and muscles aching. The air conditioning was central without the possibility to control it, though the electronic display reacted to the changes, not the air conditioning. it was freezing in the room.

8.0The hotel was good, remember 5 stars of Chinese it is not 5 stars of the whole world. The food was mediocre, vegetarians do not have too many options. The staff was courteous and always served in the best way possible. The room was clean but not the cleanest there is.
