I like the fact we were close to Knoebels and there was a restaurant right there that was it

− The room was dirty they were still pet hair on the couch they were still hair in the tub the floors were dirty and our bathroom door would not shut and it had a moldy smell in there

The staff could do better

I like the price, location and room variety - such as a king with large jacuzzi tub.

− We stayed in earlyJuly. The days were approximately 106 - and we had a reservation - I expected the room to have the air already on - but no one made the effort to make our arrival pleasant so we walked into a dark, hot room and waited hours for the room to drop to a tolerable temperature. We got cold showers to cool ourselves down then went out to dinner. Thw room was at a tolerable but not cold temperature. The next day at 6am, its was already 98 degrees. I went to the front desk. Sign on door said they will return at 7. I went back at 7. No one around. Everyone runs late sometimes, I gave them some grace. At 7:30 I called the number posted on the sign - the phone at the desk, just inside the door I stood at, rang and rang and rang. No one around. Lady finally showed up at 8. I asked to switch rooms because our air was not working, they were not overly busy so I figured they probably had another room available. She said her maintenance man would come look at it at 10am. I insisted we switch rooms, she went to my room to unplug and plug the AC back in to see if it worked. When it didnt she said her maintence guy would be there at 10. It was already 96 degrees and the high that day was like 106. I insisted that we switch rooms. She finally gave in. The 2nd room was good. The AC worked - the room was nicely put together. Lots of space and of course the jacuzzi tub ! Could have been better, but it was a nice stay none the less.

We left right after check in. It was obviouse that people were living there and they were cooking outside. The hotel was in disrepair and my career in public safety would not allow me to let my family stay there.

For the price it was nicer than I was expecting. Room was nice and easy to get to.

adequate..but I wont stay there again

staff was nice

− the shower should have been clean. there was hair on the wall from previous guest. Steps, hallways and balcony were grimy

excellent stay very economical and great staff slept great

great stay i needed a second floor room and i got it pool was great room was great slept really well and im a fussy light sleeper loved my stay here will come again

− the treamill was broken and im a runner
