9.0Great location with amazing Mountain View’s. The staff and food was lovely. Rooms were spacious with nice size balcony
− There were renovations ongoing during our stay and the main pool was closed for some of our stay. Wish we had been notified from before.
I must stay if you’re in Laos! This place is incredible from check in to check out.
10.0This property is one of the most magnificent places I’ve stayed in. The staff are incredibly helpful especially Chantee (driver and bell boy), Lae (restaurant) and Mae (front desk) (I hope I’ve spelt their names right). The rooms were magnificent with massive balconies and a great view of the mountains. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything you want. The facilities like the pool are amazing and the gardens are so beautiful. The restaurant run by Ming is awesome with great food and fantastic range of local and foreign drinks and cuisine. This hotel is awesome!
− I cannot fault this property other than the fact we only had 2 nights there! Had I know it was going to be this amazing we would have stay longer.

10.0Our stay was absolutely fantastic, an over the top 6 star experience. Andrei and his staff were so friendly and anticipated our every need. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and tranquil and the dining was extraordinary. We were only here 3 nights and wish it had been longer.

10.0Flawless. A perfect stay. The staff is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, food is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable, spa therapies are excellent. We really had a wonderful time at this wonderful hotel. But again, I have to say… the incredible staff makes a difference!
