− False advertising. They said they had a pool, it was a large HOT pool. My wife and I burned ourselves on 2 return high pressure spouts in the “pool”. My toddler couldn’t get in the “pool”. My other 2 children were disappointed.One of the front desk clerks, was quite rude (the older one). If you check-out before 8:30am, you won’t have access to the breakfast. The shower was so low and low pressure, I had to kneel to shower. Other than these hiccups, the value was the best part.

2.0I had numerous issues with this hotel, but only need to address one of them. I checked into this hotel and the toilet was broken. I immediately informed the front desk who said they would contact management and get back to me asap. After a couple hours of no response I followed up and was told that they had no other room to move me to and suggested I flush the toilet manually which meant I had to stick my hand into the toilet tank water to pull the chain to flush. Never heard back from management and had to manually flush the toilet after each use. Needless to say that is unacceptable. It's now 3 days later and I have yet to hear back from management. Avoid this place.
