2.0− The hotel was fine other than there was NO hot water in the hotel
VERY DISAPPOINTED
1.0Staff is great
− NO HOT WATER since LAST THURSDAY!!!!!! STILL NO HOT WATER now on MONDAY EVENING! I have been staying at this hotel for MONTHS and this is not the first weekend I have been without hot water!!!! I work construction and have CONCRETE ALL OVER ME and can't even take a decent shower. Plus..... There are WORMS/CENTIPEDES EVERYWHERE!!!
