Post Pandemic Blues
4.0We have been regular customers at this hotel for about twenty years. Unfortunately on our recent stay we found the gentleman on evening duty far from helpful. Post pandemic …common areas clean and freshly painted…rooms a bit on the tired side…breakfast adequate if you want a sugar bomb start to the day. We would no longer recommend this area as either safe, nor interesting for a stay in Buenos . It’s depressing to say the least.

8.0We cannot fault the location which is very central. However, I would expect that all the team at Reception would speak English - at least to a level which we can understand one another. For the price paid the hotel amenities are OK - however we didn't manage to get a good night sleep esp. over the weekend. No soundproofing of the doors nor the windows
