Pleasant comfortable hotel.
8.0The hotel was reasonable to find from the station once we found the right exit. Reception was friendly and helpful. The room, labelled superior, was spacious and modern, but had a back yard type view. The location is close to several good restaurants and about 10-15 minute walk from centre. It is though close to the lake and well situated for a pleasant stroll along a well marked path in the direction of the botanic gardens. Our breakfast was included and had a selection of fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese and warm dishes- scrambled egg, hashbrowns, bacon and tomato etc. initially they had gluten free bread but this had run out by our final morning. A pleasant hotel, ideally you might want to be more central but a good choice for a 2 to 3 night stay.

A great base for one night in Geneva. Good location to station and Lake Geneva.
8.0We were met with a very friendly welcome. The front desk staff were super helpful and took our cases until we could check in later. Our room was spotlessly clean and warm with pleasant decor. The only downside was noise from surrounding rooms. We paid extra for breakfast which was in the restaurant. Although pricey it was plentiful and of good quality. Would have loved to eat in the restaurant at night if it had been open.
A well located & comfortable hotel
8.0Very well located hotel. We took a taxi from the train station but it is only an easy 12 minute walk. Spotlessly clean room, fluffy towels, very comfortable beds, refrigerator & coffee machine. Quite unique decor with dark wood and alpine accents being quite delightful. Very helpful front staff. Being an avid tea drinker I would have loved a kettle rather than the coffee machine. It is not unusual for hotels to have a few kettles for the keen tea drinkers.Also I am on a quest to have all hotels provide non slip shower mats to aid safety especially when the shower is over a bath. We used the Corner Pub which is to the right of the hotel for drinks and a meal. There is also a supermarket opposite but it closes at 7pm All in all, a very convenient & comfortable hotel.

8.0Stayed one night. Pleasant overall experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. Wifi connection was a little unstable, otherwise worth the money!
