I was really disappointed with the staff over the phone they were really rude and lied about information that was needed to look up our check in time. Then when I called a second time a woman answered and asked for the additional information that I was told earlier couldn’t be used to look up my stay. there’s just so much I hated about this stay.

− Everything. The rooms smelled staff was extremely rude the bell man tossed my luggage at me as I walked over to my room. Also the room was dirty shower kept flooding

Redrock is wonderful, Its off the strip away from strip but still close enough if you want to drive. Several good restuarants to choose from.

I had such a great stay here for a weekend staycation! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the entire stay easy and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I left feeling refreshed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
