− The bathroom is very small. There is no refrigerator.

4.0− Lifts were out of order, one working one was so small and slow, it took forever to take luggage to our rooms and to check out, not even at peak times. The aircon didn’t work properly, which in the current heat was less than ideal.
Ok but ruined by cleaner

− Cleaners knocking the door three times within a 30 min period before 10am. Very disappointing and will not stay here again.
