10.0My daughter & I stayed here from July 18-23 in a 1 bedroom apartment with spa on balcony (31A) Staff were phenomenal! Don & Jimmy went above and beyond & were always up for a chat & gave great recommendations. Clean, well equipped (included washing machine & dryer) & comfortable. Pool area fantastic. Never busy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
− Personal opinion only.. Im a smoker & being a non smoking venue it was a bit of a pain having to go outside everytime.

− There was no room cleaning or towel and sheet changes whilst we were there. We had to get clean towels from reception and when we asked if the room would be cleaned and serviced, we were told that only happens if you stay for 8 or more nights. However, they did come and clean our room once we asked for it to be done after day 5.
Excellent stay - great location and very comfortable accomodation.
9.0Excellent location. Pools were awesome. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. Car parking was excellent (underground) and staff were helpful.
− Quite a lot of road noise and noise from surrounding restaurants - for example emptying glass recycling late at night. Microwave combination oven was very ineffective.
