− I did not get the room I booked for. I booked a room witht a double bed and set of bunks. I was given a room with just a double bed. I was travelling with 2 teenage kids, and had booked approx a month in advance. With barely any apology I was offered a roll away bed as the solution. The thing was terrible quality and very uncomfortable for a tall 14yo. No WiFi. Restaurant did not open. There was visible mould in the air conditioner. Floors in unit were grimy. No pool towels provided.
Lovely. And I had the BEST mussels I’ve ever had in the restaurant.
