− The food didn’t live up to the expectations. Restaurant was not great under by the ocean for the money you pay. Better eating in Sorrento town.

− Some parts of the service do not follow the 5 star standards eg breakfast room ( more busy with chatting with each other than with the guests) and room service ( not very polite answering) While others were outstanding like reception and maintenance, lunch at the beach and dinner Doing big works on 3rd floor just in front of my room was not really appreciated How can one organize a full refurbishment of a room in full season ? Disturbing all guests of the fully booked floor … All kitchen was disappointing breakfast buffet, lunch at the beach, and buffet formula of a so called bistronomique dinner
