Great, great location.
8.0Excellent location. Very easy to access downtown Napa, easy access to wineries in Napa and Sonoma. Property is old so showing some age, but generally it was good. Front desk was very responsive to needs.
− Small TV. Have not seen a TV that small in a resort or hotel for many years. Small and awkward parking space. Doable but had to kind of maneuver the car in every time to keep the back end out of the strett.

Family friendly lodging in Napa
8.0Well stocked kitchenettes in the cottage. Pool and game areas are fun for families. Peaceful setting along the river. Porches are a nice way to add to the living space.
− Cottages are (nicely) refurbished trailers so they can be noisy and at times a little unsteady. It’s within reasonable walking distance of a Walmart but not much else.

10.0the 'cottage' was well prepared and clean. dishes, glasses, microwave, fridge, bathroom were all above expectations. The area was very quiet. I had an issue with duplicate reservations which was handled very properly and professionally.

9.0Privacy and space for families with kids
− the steps getting into the cottages are not stationary and my son tripped on one as it flew up cause he stepped on the edge of it. the grip tape is loose on them as well.
