Amazing hotel with perfect location and views. Excellent staff. Strongly advise to take it if you visit Etretat.

Amazing service, very nice people working here. Hotel architecture and interior design so beautiful and comfortable. We had a room with sea view and had a fantastic sunset view in evening. Food in the restaurant was also very good. The only thing I would suggest to fix is to add some vegetables in breakfast menu.

Almost nothing to recommend here -nice location if I was being generous

− From the moment we arrived and saw a lawn strewn with weeds and old building materials we knew it was a mistake. The place was filthy with dirty stairs, the smell of paint in the hallways and damp in the showers. We found someone else’s trainer in our room so clearly housekeeping were not cleaning sufficiently. The soap and shampoo dispensers were all half filled and when we tried to use them have been watered down so much over the months that only water came out. No air con which was a shock at the price we’re paying (over 500 euros per night). Very dated interior. Our room was decorated like a bordello with cheap furniture that was chipped and stained. All in all a terrible experience.
