Overall, our stay was exhausting, incredibly frustrating, and completely uncomfortable.
1.0The only positive aspect of our stay was Bilal at the reception, who was very helpful and polite. Everything else fell short of expectations.
− The hotel was nothing like the pictures they looked completely AI-generated and misleading. It was not clean or luxurious at all. The location was extremely far, requiring multiple transfers to get anywhere. Service was poor, as the same person cooked and cleaned. The elevator was used for trash, making it smell terrible. The rooms were tiny, dilapidated, and infested with bed bugs. Finally, the bathroom was unclean, poorly ventilated, and smelled awful.

Le personnel a été vraiment exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à nous aider. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur humanité et leur sens du service, qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter Istanbul. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable, la douche impeccable et le ménage était fait chaque jour. Un grand merci à vous tous pour votre aide, votre bienveillance et votre générosité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir des personnes que nous avons rencontrées dans cet hôtel. ❤️

The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my entire stay please don’t be misled by fake rewiews as my personal experience was very positive the staff went out of their way to help me whenever I needed anything I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness and hospitality, and I would definitely recommend staying here

− Dreckig, alles kaputt, Klimaanlage machte Überschwemmung, in der Hottellobby schlafen Obdachlose und essen da. Wir haben bezahlart in der Hotel gewählt und wurden über den Tisch gezogen. Er hatte plötzlich 100Franken mehr verlangt. Erst als ich Booking Buchubg gezeigt habe war wieder normaler Preis. Eine Sauerei
