2.0My first time encounter a check in counter by the outside window and there’s not much choices. Booked with 2 beds room but ended up with 1 bed room.not to mention all noise that made sleepless all night, from air on noise to the laundry utility room beside our room and train noise. The room was for disabled person obviously but the bed was so high. I am so much more disappointed!

10.0We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.

2.0Checked in with someone who had no idea what they were doing. We put our luggage in room then went and ate. Debating whether to stay there or not. Pictures are not accurate. This place was run down. Holes in walls, no lock on door. Absolutely filthy. We went to get our stuff as we were not going to stay there. Owner would not let us in the room to retrieve our belongings. We had to call police before he finally let us in. Steer clear
