Great location, great rooms, great food, great staff
8.0The room was large and comfortable and made up daily. he staff were friendly and the taxi pick up was very prompt. The position was perfect very close to beach, food, and the town centre and importantly for us the Qingdao railway station.
− Breakfast was good BUT maybe just a little more western choices and you had to walk some way to get your choices meaning when eating alone youhad to leave your belonings out of site.

meh - sorely disappointed
1.0The location was the best, because it's right on the beach.
− There were many, many things I did not like: most of the staff were unfriendly and rarely smiled or seemed accommodating. The buffet was poorly stocked, and the juice was never refilled; a lot of the tables were left dirty for too long, and the staff were extremely slow in cleaning up. In my room, after it had been cleaned up, I had to ask for the coffee to restocked and I even had to ask to have the cups cleaned! The next day the cups were cleaned, but the coffee wasn't restocked, even after I had been assured that it would be. All in all, I was sorely disappointed. It was way overpriced and I would not recommend this hotel.
