2.0Within the first 30 mins I encountered a silverfish, ants all over the sink area and finally a flying cockroach…..didn’t even know roaches could fly but apparently yes, they can. The toilet was not clean.. had hairs on it.. I cannot. I alway bring disinfectant cleaning wipes and spray so I did clean it to be able to use it but needless to say the cleanliness in the bathroom area is questionable at best and they really need to invest in some pest control services.

6.0Our Room on the north end of lodge is located next to service room which is the location for hot water heater and washer and dryer for rooms was very loud around 5 AM each morning. In addition the plumbing from the service room continually makes a low rumble through out the day. The wall between both service room and ours is not insulated to eliminate noise. everything else including restaurants were great. Parking is limited.

10.0Updated rooms and very clean property. Sleeping in was a little difficult due to early sunlight coming in through high windows. Overall great stay and close to shopping and food in Ramona.
