The hotel location was close to where I was participating in the Missouri Senior Games.

− Didn’t like the fact that my bed spread had dried up blood stains on them it didn’t sit well
Poor communication and untrustworthy
2.0While staying here on business, I had some mail sent to me at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia. I informed the hotel manager in writing, via email, to please hold my mail. She immediately replied to my email stating that she'd "most definitely" hold my mail for me. Approximately 36 hours later, I went to the hotel front desk to retrieve my mail. Nobody at the front desk - including the manager whom I had notified in writing to hold my mail - could locate it! She determined that the hotel night auditor returned it. One piece of mail, sent to me by a family member, was returned marked "Return to Sender". The other piece - sent to be by my attorney - simply vanished! It was never received, nor was it ever returned. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed.
Perfect place to stay on a long road trip.
