− Vi kom efter att receptionen stängt och fick ingen info om hur vi skulle checka in. När vi väl letat runt hittade vi ett brev till oss på dörren och då gick det smidigt men hade varit bra med ett mejl om det så vi inte hade behövt leta runt.
