8.0The key would not work on our last day of stay, had to call the customer service at night let fix the problem, security arrived within 15 mins, had to wait outside. The air conditioning was not working, couldn’t figure out how to set the Nest system.

10.0Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola.
