Amazing infrastructure but service could be better
8.0Amazing infrastructure with very elegant architecture, mixed together with a beautiful landscape from the hall and from all the rooms. Perfect for whom after a trip to Milford sound wants to enjoy and rest in a very beautiful hotel without going back to queenstown. Also, nice dinner with good quality ingredients!
− Bad value for money. The hotel is stunning but the service is not at the level of the price you pay ( we were during Christmas period and we paid more than €1k our room). No attention for the guests. No one helped us when we wanted to leave the luggages before the check in, with a lady ( we believe she was the manager) completing ignoring us. Dinner service was not very professional, with few mistakes. Breakfast was the same, also with very limited options ( there is no buffet at all and they did not have any pastries). They do not accept Amex despite the bill was very high. In any case, the hotel is beautiful, it just feels it is not a good value for the money you spend!

10.0Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Chalet. Der Service war excellent - herzlichen Dank! Wären also gerne länger geblieben, es war leider ausgebucht.
