10.0Room was comfy. Paid view movies, Spotify etc. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Buffet & Al la Cart. Fabulous spa. Staff attentive. Special shout out to concierge. Shuttle to & from station. Grounds walkable - lovely.
− Clubhouse dining outdoor meant a table of 4 x smokers lit up beside us. Would like to see smokers tables in separate section. Woke on Sunday by kids running the corridor. Room 137. Possibly separate family rooms from peace seekers.

Not a 5 star hotel, good 4 star at best!
7.0Lovely bar, lounge and resturant area, food very good in bar and at wedding we were attending.
− The hotel from when you leave the lobby is starting to look tired in places. - Its mors like 4 star than 5 star overall. Outside bar/dining terrace furniture has not been maintained, scruffy looking and needs some tlc. Same story with the lifts, bedroom corridoors and the doors themselves. The black paint theme througout is in need of painting, many scuff marks and areas that need paint touch ups. A little disappointng and not 5 star standard at all.

− Staffing is a big problem Very poor and not capable App to order breakfast to the room not working so when we asked at reception we were told we had to come down at 7am to order it to the room for 8 No residents bar on the night before a wedding Bar just shut as normal. Far too many kids running around the restaurant, didn't expect it for a 5 star and a romantic break away
