Amazing and clean
10.0The location is amazing. The hotel is clean, from the moment we walked in it looked and felt clean. The staff are amazing, trustworthy and professional. I accidentally left my phone at the lobby and only realised 20 mins later. I called the hotel and they found it and kept it for me until i came back. Even then they asked me to key in the password to ensure i was the owner of the phone, thanks for that.

10.0We absolutely loved our stay at Lanson Place. The hotel feels luxurious throughout, and everything was exceptionally clean, modern and beautifully maintained. By Hong Kong standards, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The gym was another standout—it’s large, well equipped and one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used. The air conditioning throughout the hotel and in the rooms was excellent, which made coming back after a hot day outside especially refreshing. Most of all, the staff were outstanding. Everyone was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, making us feel looked after from check-in to departure. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

9.0The location is great, easy to get anywhere, and the breakfast is comfortable. I like the gym most, it is clean and nice.
− Laundry room is a bit small. However, it is still quick and efficient.

9.0Staff are excellent, genuinely engaged with their guests to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is excellent, close the Metro, shopping & restaurants. Free 24 laundry.
