All but the shower experience, the stay was excellent
7.0Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. I especially liked the early morning breakfast!
− I took a cold shower in the morning d/t a broken part that wasn't allowing the water to heat. It was an unforeseen problem, that once aware, the staff was able to easily fix
Will no longer book with this chain.
2.0Location, and had stayed last year
− EVERY the TV was powered on, had to get the staff to come to the room, reset…staff did what needed to be done, but were understaffed…gave explanation that TVs were new… Every time A/C started up, sounded like bearings going out…reported problems, but got the feeling they had been previously reported, but not addressed…

7.0Hotel is clean and quite
− There's no fridge or iron in the room. The wifi is horrible to use on a computer. Breakfast and coffee is not great.
Soon happy to have a nice time with my family
