5.0A staff AFmid/Hamid not sure if I got the name right , on the nite shift when I arrived was very nice, u could see he loved his job. He went extra mile to help with my language , his customer service is top notched. He stood out for me on customer service. Very pleasant person to have at the reception.
− The bathtub is old and stained. Not sure if bleach could make it white.

7.0Breakfast was good and staff did good job maintaining supplys. Room size were good but because we had 2 queen beds, there wasn't any room for more than one chair. Wifi was good.
− Second floor for 5 days were tough on my wife and even though we arrived at 3 pm, before 25 orher rooms were taken, we couldn't get a ground floor. Very little effort made by staff to accommodate our request. Sink drain was very slow draining, sink faucet was difficult to stop dribbling, AC popped breaker and was fairly slow at cooling, tv was not smart so streaming was not possible.
It was a good place to stay the night, i would stay here again in the future.
10.0The room was cleans with comfortable beds and good facilities, good breakfast choices as well.
