Great hotel to stay at for 3-4 days

Clean room, housekeeping kept the room clean each day even though it was stated that they wouldn't really do much other than change the towels. Nice with a drying rack in the room now that the room was lacking hooks and other towel rails and such. The beds were really comfortable, had great nights of sleep throughout. Spa facilities, the air conditioning in the room, nice view. The private "beach" area attached to the hotel was nice as well, the walk to it was not as bad as people describe it to be. Think it's a great hotel to stay for a 3-4 days stay, not 9 days, especially if you had opted to pay for breakfast/dinner buffet.

− We were not really given that much information when we checked in at the reception. It felt like we were just "thrown" into it and had to just learn everything ourselves. Only thing they mentioned was the buffet and when you had to arrive for breakfast and dinner, e.g. the spa, the different treatments you could get, how to get to the beach, how it worked when wanting to order something in the bar etc, slippers in spa area, use of different facilities at the hotel we kind of just had to figure out ourselves or read about, and even then it was not that clear. The elevators. There was no real logic to the way they were operating, and people just kept pushing all the buttons when on a floor, and then when you got into an elevator it stopped on each floor - because people had hit the buttons but then given up to take the stairs or caught another elevator. We ended up taking the stairs from the 9th floor a lot of times at the end of our stay. I don't understand why you don't get your slippers handed out at check-in when the bathrobes are already in your room. In the spa you have to wear the slippers, and there are signs telling you so, but unclear how to get them, unless you read all the fine print. Why not just have them by the bathrobes in the room? Instead you have to ask for them in the reception. There are folders in the room, telling you about the hotel but they are only in Hungarian. The pool area was smaller than expected, there's not really room to swim a lot and the depth is only around 1.5m. At the bottom for the pool in the corners there was sand laying about, which wasn't cleaned from day to day. It's so extremely noisy in the pool area there, very bad acoustics. Spa facilities, those that were open, were great, but people didn't follow the rules around bathing before jumping into the cold plunge. The buffet, breakfast and dinner.
