Conveniently located, although I would still recommend having a car to make exploring the area easier. Pisa is also a destination that only requires a day trip to experience fully.

− The room had a strange sewage-like smell that was difficult to ignore. We had to bring a member of staff into the room to experience it themselves before they fully understood the issue and could investigate further.

A Pleasant Stay, but There Is Room for Improvement

The place was clean, and close to the airport.

− The staff were not particularly welcoming and could benefit from improved customer service training. Some staff members came across as rude and abrupt when interacting with guests. While I appreciate that the hotel is in Italy, it caters to international visitors. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if more staff were able to communicate confidently in English. The breakfast could also be improved by offering a wider variety of options. The selection was quite limited, leaving guests with very few choices.

All staff was really friendly, we only spent a night in there but everyone was very welcoming, smiled and well presented.

− While the rooms were ok, the beds were quite dated and uncomfortable, very loud beds when turning like springs have seen better days on them. I'd also want to see more selection on breakfast as it was tasty but fairly basic.

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta della struttura è stata la gentilezza delle ragazze che servivano la colazione

− Tutto! soffitti della sala Ristorante , della hall e non solo infiltrati d’acqua con acqua che gocciolava dai bocchettoni dei condizionatori, puzza di fogna quando uscivi dall’ascensore, personale della reception, molto scortese, attesa di 20 minuti alla reception perché non c’era nessuno. la persona che doveva essere lì era ai piani, quindi non per colpa sua la reception era assolutamente sguarnita cosa che non mi è mai successa in nessun hotel, visto che viaggio spesso per lavoro e giro tantissimi hotel, quattro stelle. In quell’hotel avrebbe potuto entrare chiunque e nessuno se ne sarebbe accorto perché alla reception non c’era nessuno e non c’è stato nessuno per tanto tempo poi ho capito che sono sotto organico, ma rimane comunque allucinante. Colazione scarsa sia come qualità che come quantità e come varietà. Ho preso una stanza tripla per tre adulti e il terzo adulto ha dovuto dormire su una brandina piccolissima con copriletto tutto macchiato materasso talmente sottile che si sentivano tutti gli spuntoni sotto la schiena delle molle e i cuscini erano pietosi tutti super molli e non c’era la possibilità di scegliere. Abbiamo fatto presente tutte queste cose in reception, ma il risultato è stato assolutamente nullo dicendo che i letti erano così i cuscini erano quelli era normale che cadesse l’acqua dai condizionatori e che ci fossero tutti i soffitti marci. Un quattro stelle veramente vergognoso tanto che anche il Personale era svogliato e demotivato. Esperienza da dimenticare .
