Good breakfast but overpriced for the experience
5.0The breakfast was good, ample hot and cold options. Quality of bed/mattress/pillows was above average.
− Way overpriced for the experience. Carpets in our room had a weird stickiness to them that made it feel unclean, despite the trims of the room otherwise appearing fine. Noises from other rooms were way too loud for a $200/night room, I'd expect a better experience with room quietness. We were there for one night to close a long road trip and just wanted to relax in the pool, and the pool was closed; weird choice to close a pool for maintenance on a Saturday. We picked a spot outside the bustle of the casino city center, which we got, but the lack of exterior noise didn't matter as much when interior noise was so audible. (Also, looking through exterior windows, it seems the photos of the pool on the site do not match what was actually at this facility). The young man at the front desk when we checked in seemed to be the only person working; despite our booking detailing the number of guests in our family, the room had not been prepared with the right number of towels, and to his credit he hustled himself to run a towel to us. But very surprising to only have one person staffing the front desk and room requests.

Body hairs on the bed sheet
4.0Body hairs!!!!🥵I really disappointed about the bed cleaning part. I found a clean plastics bag under the pillows. I hope it was not drug related, but that shown me the bed sheet had not been changed…. So when I pull up more blanket, I saw 4 pieces of body hair on the bed sheet and blanket sheet! 😖 that was so disgusting 🥵 I had to go to the front desk to asked room cleaning but unfortunately no cleaning guys available at night, so asked 2 clean sheets and the front desk boy helped me to change it! 🤬 So, travelers , please check the bed sheets right after you check in the room,,, in case you find anything unpleasant, ask to change or correct right away….
Disappointing and a real mixed bag
4.0Front desk people were pleasant and helpful. They gave us our requested upper floor away from the elevator. Free parking was really great. Free breakfast is always a perk, even though the options are limited for a keto eating plan. The room however was exceptionally disappointing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows too soft. Usually they provide a firmer and a softer one so you have options, but both were soft with one being practically flat. There also was very little drawer space for clothes, which would have been ok for an overnight stay, but we’re here for 5. There are 3 metal slide-out trays (18” wide, a wire mesh bottom and not solid) that look like something you’d have in your kitchen-and I originally thought they were for food. My husband basically lived out of the suitcase because of not enough clothes drawers. There is no drawer with the nightstands, and there are basically 2 desk areas, one of which is fairly long and could have accommodated a dresser. Additionally, there are many chips out of the furniture that is there and it looks horrible. And I mean many! I don’t know about other rooms in this hotel, but this one was not worth the money we paid and there are other options in the area for the same price where I’m sure the rooms don’t look and feel like a (bigger) Motel 6. Also, housekeeping only comes every other day during your stay. I suppose that’s ok, but not what I was expecting for what we paid. Again, not sure if other hotels in the area are doing the same thing, but I honestly expected more from a Hilton property and a room that was about $175/night.
