Short stay near good restaurants (easily walkable). Perfect for a traveller needing a rest.
10.0Perfect situation for a one night stopover while on a two day drive. I appreciated the fact that I could park outside my room and bring my personal items in directly, and not have to drag belongings through the hotel. Room was very clean, and the AC worked perfectly. There are a few excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
− No coffee maker in room, however this is not a big deal. There is a convenience store with excellent coffee right across the HWY. Also, the property is small, so you can get coffee from the office/continental breakfast area as early as 0530 if you don't feel like going far.
The worse customer service and manners
2.0TJ who works the front desk and claims to be the owner/manager extremely rude and confrontational with women. We did have l an issue with my Wyndham credit card due to a system outage. (My card was also charged twice, even though he said it didn’t go through) he refused to take a different card or let me do a credit card authorization form like all the other Wyndham hotels have done. When my employees are traveling. Instead he decided to belittle me to my employees and made a point with me on the hotel phone listening to tell my employees over and over I ran HER card 2x and it was declined your card went through fine HERS did not. I’ve reached out to the Barclay who manages the Wyndham credit card an was told they did have a system issue and it was corrected thy also put a travel usage on my card and an alert to take the 2 hotel charges off. They informed me the system was out for 30 minutes, but instead of TJ doing what every other Wyndham we’ve stayed at in the past he decided to belittle me to my employees and continue his disrespect. Made very uncomfortable for all parties involved do no reason, but his ego.
I am a passing by one night stay customer, clean bed and quiet environment to rest is the must,
10.0Hotel is very clean, queen bed is very comfortable, Breakfast is a take and go type, only one table in breakfast area, for the price that I paid. it was very reasonable. for someone passing by for one night stay, hotel is Quiet, no train noise.
